How do I collect the DNA sample?

The DNA test is a simple, non-invasive oral sample. Swab the inside of your cheek, place the swab in the provided test tube with a stabilizing capsule, and return it in the packaging provided. Avoid eating/drinking for at least 1 hour before testing, ideally first thing in the morning.

Does anything affect the test results?

No, the DNA test is not affected by current dietary approaches, pregnancy, exercise, medications, contraceptives, HRT, herbs, or supplements. supplements.

When will my results be ready?

Results and consultation can be booked 4 weeks from the point of purchase.

Will my nutrition plan be personalised?

Your DNA sample is destroyed within 3 months; data is stored for a maximum of 6 months. Samples are identified by barcode ID, and no data is shared outside Roxanna Boon Nutrition and Lifecode Gx.
