Will I be counting calories?

No. I'm not a fan of calorie counting in my clinic - it encourages you to eat foods that continue to give you cravings for the sake of the numbers. This is NOT what you need when you're trying to give up sugar. Although this is not specifically a weight loss programme, you will be guided to portion sizes but you won't be counting any.

Will I definitely lose weight?

Most people do lose weight when they give up sugar but some of that will be water weight. The real results come from when you follow this way of eating longer term - and you're very welcome to base your meals around these recipes. The real win, though, is breaking free from cravings, breaking up with your diet and feeling energised. 

Does the Sugar Detox Meal Plan cater for special diets?

All of the meals and snacks are gluten-free and most are dairy-free.

The meal plan features a wide range of meals that are vegan and/or vegetarian but it is not specifically a vegetarian plan.
